How do I place an order? You can place an order through our website by selecting the products you would like to purchase and adding them to your cart. We also offer a convenient order-ahead option for those who want to pick up their order at one of our Wagon Stops. In order to cut food waste we only pick what we need to cover the reserved boxes for each Wagon Stop. This ensures the freshest fruit and reduces waste. With that said we may have an extra box or two on the truck so be sure to ask if you decide you want to pick up another box while we are there in your town.

How is my order shipped? All orders are shipped via UPS, FEDEX or USPO. We carefully pack your order to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition. You will receive a tracking number with each shipment. -
What happens to the berries not picked up at the Wagon Stops?Usually we have several stops in an area, so if you miss one stop you might be able to catch us on the next. This does not always work out with our transportation schedule, so when we are done in an area we try to work with local schools, charities and food banks to take the remaining boxes. If you have reserved boxes for a Wagon Stop event and know you will not be able to attend, then you can give your ticket to a friend to pick up for you, or you can cancel your order if it is still within the ticket purchase window for a refund. In the event of a refund, some fees such as credit card processing fees and ticket system costs will be deducted from the refund as these costs are handled via third-parties providers.
